Since joining Vanguard, I have had the privilege of being with a company with the mission and purpose to give investors the best chance for investment success. Currently serving as Managing Director of Vanguard’s Workplace & Advisor Solutions group, I oversee Vanguard’s intermediated businesses. In my prior role I had the opportunity to lead our Institutional Investor Group serving Vanguard’s more than more than 20,000 employers and in excess of 20 million employee participants. I commenced at Vanguard in 2008 as a leadership team member in the Financial Advisor Services (USA) division. In 2010, I moved to the International division where I was first Managing Director of Vanguard’s Australian operations. I then moved to London to be Managing Director of Vanguard UK/Europe from 2015 until 2017. Outside of work, I am husband and parent of 3 children, plus a passionate fan of both Port Adelaide and Crystal Palace football teams. I earned my M.B.A. from the University of Adelaide.
