I have worked with three multinational banks and a primary dealer in India for thirty four years in successfully establishing and managing Global Markets businesses, primarily in the Fixed Income and Currency asset classes, substantially contributing to their profitability and growth. My strength lies in providing strategic direction, thought and people leadership to Global Markets business and the organization as a whole. I have the ability to identify opportunities, define and implement strategies based on macro economic, business and organization analysis. I have been in a general management role and a member of the board as Managing Director & CEO of PNB Gilts Ltd.
