Chief Compliance Officer is responsible for the Bank's Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and procedures. As CCO, I collaborate with leadership teams to align the Bank's Compliance strategies with business objectives and foster a culture of ethics, Compliance and integrity across the Bank. I am responsible to design, implement and maintain a comprehensive compliance program. I am responsible for monitor legislative and regulatory developments to identify emerging compliance risks and update policies and procedures accordingly. As CCO I act as the primary point of contact for all regulatory agencies including RBI in matters related to Compliance. Ensure compliance of regulatory directions given by RBI/SEBI/UIDAI in both letter and spirit in a time bound and sustainable manner. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks across the organisation. Oversee Compliance audits investigations and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls. Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors including Audit Committee of Board pertaining to Compliance department functioning/performance and issues. Developing, reviewing and updating policies, procedures of Compliance function.

- Responsible for overall financial strategy, including corporate financial planning, budgeting, supply chain, and treasury management. - Part of the Bank’s Executive Committee
