AMD Org Chart & Organizational Structure

AMD’s organizational structure, led by Chair and Chief Executive Officer Lisa Su, encompasses executive leadership across Information Technology, Finance, Compliance, Legal, Strategy, and Sales functions. Within Information Technology, Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Hasmukh Ranjan oversees CIO & Corporate Vice President Alan Pye, Corporate Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Raghu Nambiar, and the Information Security sub-function led by Corporate Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer Viswa Vinnakota, as well as the Enterprise Architecture sub-function led by Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer Mark Papermaster. In Finance, Chief Financial Officer Jean Hu leads Group Chief Financial Officer Vinod Sinha, Chief Financial Officer of the AI Group Jatinder Narang, and Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Embedded Group Cass Wilson. Under Compliance, Corporate Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer Tiffany Scurry reports to Lisa Su. The Legal function’s Intellectual Property (IP) sub-function is headed by Chief Vice President and Intellectual Property Officer Kim M. Vo. Strategy is overseen by Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer Mathew Hein, while Sales is led by Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer Darren Grasby.
