Key Result Areas are.. * Implementing strategies for strengthening Business processes with ERP systems. * Prepare and manage IT budgets with a focus on cost control and ROI. * Managing Enterprise Systems | Cloud | Network & Security | Data Center for 24/7 uptime across all critical systems (ERP, POS, CRM, etc.). * Established cybersecurity policies and incident response strategies to Protect customer, transactional, and business-critical data. * Vendor and partner management.Negotiate contracts, SLAs, and ensure service quality. • Management of PLM (Infor Optiva) for R&D processes streamlining. * Implementation and management of Business tools like SFA, CRM , DMS , Channel Partner Retailer and Distributor Mobile Apps (1 Lakh +Retailers) , Customer Loyalty Programs (4Lakhs+ users). * Implementation of digital initiatives including e-commerce, omnichannel, automation, and AI adoption to enable process digitization across departments like supply chain, sales, and customer service. * Leading the In-house development and deployment of sophisticated software solutions. (Team of 20+ App and Web Developers) Achievements Achieved Performance award in two consecutive years for delivering best technology products to business. Integrated all Three Pillars of business (Distributor+Retailer+Endusers) with Web and mobile platforms to make ontime visibility of data. Leading the large in house development team of Data engineers, Mobile / web app developers to deliver best Cutting edge products to business with ensuring Data and business logic security.

• Leads full P&L responsibility for Astral’s Adhesives and Paints businesses. • Spearheaded strategic acquisitions including Resinova Chemie (Kanpur), Seal-It (UK & US), and Gem Paints (now Astral Coatings Pvt. Ltd.). • Successfully launched Astral Paints in 2024, covering interior and exterior emulsions, enamels, and primers under the brands Elita, Extura, Esteema, and Raga. • Established a unified brand architecture across adhesives (including the Bondtite umbrella) and restructured go-to-market strategy across retail and institutional segments. • Built an integrated national distribution framework (“New Bharat”) to accelerate penetration in tier-3 and tier-4 markets. • Strengthened R&D capabilities and operational systems to drive innovation, scalability, and improved cost-to-serve.
