I am honored to serve as Baxter's Chief Quality Officer and be a member of Baxter's Executive Leadership Team and Operating Commitee, with a direct reporting line to the CEO. I am proud to lead the Quality function at a company whose products are so critically important to global healthcare and to be a leader of Baxter's mission to Save and Sustain Lives. In my role I have overall responsibility for the Global Quality organization that covers over 60 manufacturing sites across the business segments of Healthcare Systems & Technologies, Medical Products & Therapies and Pharmaceuticals. My Global Quality Leadership team includes leaders for the three segments as well as the above site quality functions including Global Quality Operations, Global Quality Compliance and Strategy & Business Operations. The global quality organization consists of 3000 colleagues that are committed to delivering high quality products today while innovating for tomorrow.

Responsible for the Global Human Resources Function. Responsibilities include setting and driving the Human Resources strategies and programs across the areas of Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Culture Change, Change Management, Inclusion & Diveristy and Total Rewards
