I transform the Group Commercial Department. In closed collaboration with Regional and Countries CCO, I steered Worldwide Sales Operations (97 countries, 450 direct Sales Representatives + agents and brokers, 600 customers’ relationship representatives). Success : - The sales department has become a highly strategic and operational department with team management in all 67 countries and a culture of figures (TO2013:1440m€ TO2022:1812m€ +25,8%) - Monthly follow-up with local CEOs and CCOs, joined by the CEO - Alignment of operational management with all sales teams and other stakeholders (financial, risk, IT, regional and local departments) - Implementation of a CRM in 42 countries for pre-sales, sales and customer follow-up (Credit Insurance and Factoring) - Opening of new sales networks - Creation of Shared Service Centers for commercial Back Offices #Skills: International Leadership, operational management, Performance, Negotiations, Transformation, Culture of results, Financial discipline, Definition of the Strategy, PNL management

Direct report to the Group Risk Director Cybersecurity (NIST CSF, DORA, ISO 27001, 27005, 27002) strategy: business and regulatory (GDPR, NYDFS, NIS, ...) issues, innovation, digital transformation, risk exposure, threat assessment, data protection, move to cloud/SaaS, vendor risk management, incidents notification. Group Cybersecurity Risk Management (Governance (3 lines of defence), Risk Assessment Profile and Controls). Group Cyber Security Steering Committee and quarterly reporting on Cybersecurity to the CEO during the Group Risk Committee. On-site cybersecurity audits and level 2 control plans (NIST CSF, ISO 27xxx, CIS 20). Independent challenge (Risk Managers, CIO, CSO, Project Managers, Suppliers). Audit (on site, SWIFT IAF), Pentests (AWS, M365), Red Team, Code audit, phishing. Communication and awareness plan for employees and management to cybersecurity (phishing, fraud, ...). Cyber Resilience program (cyber crisis, recover plan (DDOS, ransomware, data leakage/destruction), hybrid architecture, cyber crisis exercices, cyber stress tests, ...). Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) Gap analysis. ICT Third Parties Risk Management solution deployment (cyber rating, questionnaire, remédiation).
