• Reporting to company CEO/President, responsibility for all global Finance and Accounting functions as well as Information Technology and domestic Distribution & Operations functions for a $2+ billion formerly family owned, now private equity owned company • Work closely with operational and financial management at all international locations/regions • Maintain in-depth relationships with all members of the management team • Lead merger and acquisition process as well as subsequent due diligence activities • Report financial results to the board of directors as well as reporting risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors • Maintain banking relationships and lead frequent face-to face meetings and conference calls with the banking community; implemented 13-week cash forecast process to ensure adequate liquidity
