In the current role as regional head for India, Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore) and Australia New Zealand, I am responsible for 100,000+ staff, 400+ clients that are served from 8 countries, 22 Cities and 71 sites.
This is a leadership role running one of the largest and fastest growing regions for Concentrix. I run a very large P&L and some of my responsibilities are profitable growth of business, client partnering, business transformation, nurturing talent and contributing to companies’ vision of sustainable and inclusive growth.
