As the Chief Digital and IT Officer of a Billion Dollar publicly listed professionally run company, I report to the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director and am responsible for the Digitalization Roadmap of the organization as it embarks on its Crompton 2.0 journey. In addition to securing the recent acquisition of Butterfly Gandhimathi, my current areas of focus are, building out the Reporting and Analytics Roadmap for the Organization as we move from Descriptive to Predictive. Leveraging our S4 HANA investment in the areas of Order to Cash, Record to Report, Make to Deliver and Procure to Pay. Finally, Go to Market Sales Enablement for Distributed Trade Customers, Retailers along with Digitization of After Sales Service.
