Recruited by Chairman and CEO to build and function from ground up, manage marketing operations, and rebrand company through strategic transformation of portfolio into environmental sector. Identified new revenue opportunities, leveraged combined marketing/communications efficiencies, eliminated silos. $65M revenue goal.

Led a function with 10 employees and three direct reports. Crafted, developed, and sustained company-wide brand, marketing, and communications initiatives/structures/protocols while advising C-suite/senior leadership on communications-related strategy.
