Thought Partnership: Establish and foster strong partnerships with the CEO and executive team and provide leadership and counsel to achieve the Company's business strategy, operating plan and performance goals through talent strategies. HR Leadership: A key advisor on strategies, talent acquisition, talent and succession planning/management, organizational design and effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, total rewards and DE&I. Develop robust HR strategies and plans that will capitalize on growth opportunities. Culture and Advocacy: Talent Magnet: Lead a highly effective, high-performing team. Develop leaders who will generate their own followership within the function and the business. DE&I: Enhance and evolve the strategic direction for Company's diversity, equity and inclusion strategy, ensuring it is aligned with corporate objectives and broader talent strategies. Represent FactSet Externally: Enhance FactSet's presence in the market.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, such as accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, real estate, procurement, corporate development, and investor relations. Proven track record in driving growth through strategic investments, operational discipline, and effective expense management. Key member of the Executive Leadership Committee, contributing to company-wide strategic planning and decision-making.
