In January 2024, added responsibilities and oversight of external issues/crisis communications for Hallmark Global as well as liaison between Media and Global on talent relations, talent programming, and communications strategy among other areas related to consumer experiences including Hallmark Channel Christmas Cruises and the 4 weekend Hallmark Christmas Experiences in Kansas City, Mo.
