IL&FS crisis, Covid-19. - Been a strategic partner to business by highlighting opportunities on an ongoing basis focused on growth, improvement on topline and bottom line. - Built a compliance culture in the organization by institutionalizing periodic reporting and highlighting and resolving for aspects of compliance which needed process change.
