In my current role, I lead engineering and technology transformation across Transmission & Distribution, Renewables and Infrastructure businesses. My focus is on AI-led transformation, digital engineering, productivity improvement and building scalable operating models that enhance execution quality and business performance.
I was brought in to modernize KEC's 75-year-old engineering organization for the AI and digital era. My mandate spans technology strategy, digital transformation, capability building and engineering productivity, contributing to improved project competitiveness and supporting order intake of over ₹10,000 Cr.

• Led the LEAP transformation program, delivering ₹50+ Cr productivity gains across engineering operations.
• Improved engineering execution performance, contributing to ~US$1M cost savings and 50% improvement in First-Time-Right (FTR) .
• Enabled 5% material savings through engineering optimization and process improvements .
• Established digital engineering and Factory 4.0 initiatives leveraging analytics, simulation and intelligent automation .
• Built capability development programs, academic partnerships and scalable engineering practices..
