Heading a growing team of 150+ AI, ML, Data Science, Analytics, and Data Engineers to sustainably grow a diverse portfolio of B2C lending products of ~$10B asset value spread across 6 distinct business lines, with >10M active borrowers. Some example projects we work on:  Cyclops: a real-time loan underwriting decision engine that uses multi-layered ML models over multiple unconventional data sources to decide creditworthiness of borrowers with thin credit history  Simulation and ML based Stress Testing and Early Warning Systems designed to identify risky loans  Kai, and Agentic GenAI Agent utilizing LLMs, RAG, and Function calling to create a Chatbot for Mortgage Sourcing over web and app interfaces  Enterprise-wide Data Wearhouse, Data Governance, and Business Intelligence systems handling several 10s of TB of data per day -enabling democratized decision making from the C-suite to feet-on-street

As Chief Executive for Urban Secured Assets & Third Party Products, I am responsible for the business of Mortgage, LAP, Affordable Housing, Two-Wheelers and Insurance Cross-sell across L&T Finance’s multiple lines of business. This role covers the overall charge across Sales, Credit, Collections, Governance, Customer Service and Portfolio. The biggest challenge here was transforming the businesses to deliver large profits through higher revenue and lower costs while improving portfolio performance.
