Many publications in leading international journals and dailies such as AMS, Economic Times etc. • Improvement in Productivity levels measured in terms of HPV (Hours per vehicle) by 64 % against the benchmark of 50%. • Reduction in In-house manufacturing cost by 45% by innovative installation, set-up and commissioning systems and people initiatives such as kaizen and in-house low cost automations. • Improved Quality of Products by increasing the Direct pass ratio from the level 74% to 90% • Reduction of In-house Process rejection cost by 92%. • Enhanced operational efficiency from 89 % to > 98% • Achieved a remarkable > 21 times Inventory turn over rate for Bought out parts with the help of E-kanban, E-Nagare & parts ordering system & even reduced to less than 1 day Inventory for local parts.
