Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer for PGIM Investments LLC, PGIM Custom Harvest LLC, PGIM DC Solutions, AST Investment Services, Inc. and PGIM Limited (UK Based) responsible for compliance across all of the firm’s asset management businesses in the United States, Europe and Asia. Responsible for the team providing compliance leadership and strategic direction to support PGIM Investments’ global growth, and partner with and provide compliance oversight for the Prudential Retirement Strategy Investment Management business. In addition, responsible for coordinating compliance oversight for PGIM across Europe and the Middle East. Supports and oversees the compliance teams responsible for Prudential Investments Management Services LLC (a limited-purpose broker-dealer), the Wtf.S mutual funds and ETFs, the UCITS platform, PGIM Custom Harvest, and PGIM DC Solutions, as well as PGIM India and the Everbright/PGIM JV initiative in China.

Undertaking global responsibilities, I oversaw technology operations in Japan, LatAm, China, India and Africa, allocating a budget of $1B and 4,100 employees. My efforts reduced costs 10% after I consolidated vendors, modernized infrastructure, improved cybersecurity, and automated workflows. ◆ KEY RESULTS: ➟ Spearheaded the Japan-based transformation strategy, leading a deep-dive into technology, vendor utilization, and workforce allocation. Successfully addressed long-standing issues related to leadership, regulatory compliance, business operations, and ongoing customer complaints. ➟ Piloted Claude Code agentic and GenAI CoPilots, deploying use cases across underwriting, services, and claims. Continued to achieve productivity gains while saving costs and reducing Priority 1 incidents. ➟ Saved 4,000+ hours of work annually by expanding the existing Microsoft Fabric implementation, ultimately hastening the delivery of data analytics and reports 40%.
