Lead the Integrated Supply Chain organization, responsible for leading global strategy, execution, and development of Manufacturing Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Sourcing, Logistics, and Customer Care.

Provide global strategic vision, operational excellence and change leadership for the development and implementation of information technology and digital transformation initiatives / architectures. Accountable for building a culture of innovation, speed, agility, efficiency, and employee & customer centricity. Operating segment leader (interim role) for ~$2 B Software & Control business (design, operate and maintain). Launched new segment - responsible for increasing annual recurring revenue and software growth. Overall responsibility for digital strategy creation and execution including the re-architecture of our go to market operating model. This involves our distribution channel strategy, re-defining the product portfolio to outcomes and XaaS offerings, customer experience, web interfaces, data, analytics & insights, customer and product telemetry, subscription / annual recurring revenue models and underlying infrastructure (people/org, process, technology). Partners with the Rockwell Automation Board of Directors and External Stakeholders to drive the corporate information technology, digital and cyber security strategy. In close collaboration with marketing, the business segments, and our market access partners, create digital solutions & AI/ML applications that enhance Rockwell Automation’s B2B, B2B2C & B2C capabilities to increase recurring revenue opportunities.
