Schnuck Markets, Inc. is led by Todd Schnuck, who serves as Chairman and CEO. The organizational structure places several key executives under his leadership. Matt Schnuck holds the position of Board Member at the company. Todd Schnuck oversees three primary business functions: Information Technology, Operations, and Finance. Within the Information Technology function, Tom Henry serves as Chief Data and Information Officer. Under his leadership, the Information Security sub-function is managed by Joey Smith, who holds the titles of Enterprise Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and Vice President. The Operations function includes two executives: Ted Schnuck, who serves as Chief Operating Officer, and Kimberly Gray, who holds the position of Chief Merchandising Officer. David Bell leads the Finance function as Chief Financial Officer.
