I am currently the Vice President of International Digital & IT, accountable for all D&IT work for our International subsidiaries at Polaris across LATAM, EMEA and APAC. In addition, I am also the Managing Director for Polaris India, heading their 400+ people GCC out of Bangalore. Prior to Polaris, while at Motorola Solutions, I have shouldered multiple key responsibilities including: 1. APAC IT Lead for Motorola Solutions (MSI) 2. Global Supplier Governance Lead for MSI IT 3. Global MSI Applications Operations Lead In addition, I have managed the following roles for Motorola: Asia Pacific Sites Operations, Global Applications & Database Technologies Operations, EIM & eBusiness Operations. Prior to the above, I have program managed large global initiatives for Motorola in the EIM/Business Intelligence and Product Life cycle Management space, and also been the solutions guy for such programs. Throughout the above, I have dealt with numerous outsourcing partners to grow and mature our service delivery strategy with them in core Build and Run arenas for IT. In addition, I also have some critical experience in consulting when I started my professional career. In terms of education, I have an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University), with a specialization in Management & Strategy, and Marketing. In addition, I also have a Master's degree in Engineering and an Associate Master's degree in Project Management.
