I’m a people-first leader guiding global teams at the intersection of innovation, sustainability, and culture. As Vice President and President of Accelera™ by Cummins and Cummins Components, I lead two distinct business segments that are critical to Cummins’ long-term growth and the global energy transition. My path here wasn’t linear. With a degree in English and early dreams of journalism, I never imagined a 30+ year career in industrial and technology companies. But what’s kept me inspired is the same thing that drew me to storytelling: people. I believe in the power of community, connection, and care to drive meaningful progress—inside organizations and out in the world. Whether I’m scaling a startup within a Fortune 150 or navigating the complexities of a merger-built business, I lead with purpose and empower others to do the same. I’m especially passionate about mentoring and championing women in the workplace—because when we lift each other up, we all rise.
