Anthony S. Marino

Anthony is a strategic, high impact oriented global HR executive. He has a track record of partnering with the CEO and executive team and together achieving extraordinary business results. He is skilled at leading business transformation, large scale change, acquisition integration, leadership development, team effectiveness, and building high performing cultures. He believes that attracting and developing talent is key to a companies success and future sustainability. As CAO at Conduent, he was entrusted to lead the HR function, Marketing, Procurement, Internal and External Communications, CSR, and Conduent's global regions.Anthony has served as a public-company Chief Human Resources Officer for two decades, where he built world-class HR functions and people platforms that contributed greatly to establishing the companies he worked for as industry leaders. Prior to joining Conduent he spent ten years as CHRO for Fiserv, a $20 Billion, Fortune 200 Payments, FinTech and software solutions leader, with 50,000 associates globally. Prior to the Fiserv/First Data merger of equals in 2019, Anthony partnered with the CEO at First Data and together they led the fifth largest LBO of all time, and the successful turnaround and transformation of the company, culminating in one of the largest IPO’s of 2015. In 10 years, the combined market cap grew from $13B to over $100B.He has a proven track record of delivering premier performance while building world-class levels of employee engagement. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt, adept at process re-engineering, modernizing business processes, developing great talent and using data and Artificial Intelligence to enhance and digitize all aspects of client and human capital management. Anthony was recently named a "Top 50 CHRO" by The National Diversity Council for his work in authoring Fiserv's Forward Together Commitment. He was also named to Alumni Spotlight's list of "Top 100 Financial Services Executives". He is a certified executive coach, sought‐after speaker on human resources topics, has written numerous articles on leadership, performance and team effectiveness, and authored a workbook series, entitled "The LeaderSource."He has a strong corporate governance background having worked with the Talent and Compensation Committee's of public and private companies. Currently, he serves on the Board of Directors of Cypress Loan Servicing, LLC., has served as a Board Advisor for Candidly, a series B funded start-up and serves on several non-profits.
