I'm a multi-time Chief People Officer with a track record of scaling high-growth companies, building people functions from the ground up, and helping teams navigate through fast-paced transformation. I’m passionate about creating cultures where people can do their best work -- especially in times of rapid growth, big change, or reinvention. Currently, I lead the People function at FanDuel, America’s #1 Sportsbook and #1 iGaming operator. Our focus is on scaling intentionally and sustainably, while delivering game-changing experiences that position FanDuel as the ultimate destination for the world's top talent. Before FanDuel, I was EVP & Chief People Officer at Bowery Farming, a company positioned at the intersection of agriculture and technology. Earlier, I served as CPO at Nordeus, a gaming studio based in Belgrade, and held senior HR leadership roles at Jet.com (acquired by Walmart), Amazon, PepsiCo, and Honeywell. I earned my Master’s in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and my Bachelor’s degree in HR Management from SUNY Oswego.
