I am an executive with 20+ years of global experience in Gen AI, business development, and ecosystem strategy across Android mobile, AR/VR and IoT platforms. As Chief Strategy Officer and Director of AI Central at HTX, I lead AI through four pillars: AI Masterplanning and Governance for regulatory compliance and ecosystem partnerships; AI Solutions and Design through deep stakeholder engagement; AI Training and Competency frameworks for an AI-ready workforce; and AI Assurance through verification and validation for trusted AI products.I have a strong track record of taking AI and deep tech from research to real-world deployment. I thrive in complex, cross-functional environments, working with product, engineering, legal, finance, and C-level partners to craft strategy, negotiate high-impact deals, and launch at global scale. As Head of Strategic Partnerships for the Android Ecosystem at Google, I led partnerships for the deployment of Gen AI and frontier technologies across 3B+ devices with silicon, IP, OEM, and developer partners worldwide.Before Google, I led business strategy at Qualcomm, driving monetization and partnership strategies for mobile, AR/VR and IoT technologies. Earlier in my career, I served in the Singapore's Administrative Service (a leadership rotation program for top public servants) where I worked across multiple ministries including Finance, Home Affairs, Environment, and the Prime Minister's Office.Beyond my corporate work, I'm passionate about amplifying Asian women's leadership. I founded the Asian Women Empowerment (AWE) Network, where I help Asian women increase their visibility as leaders through community events and training programs.As Founder of Denise Ang Coaching and Consulting and an International Coaching Federation-Certified Executive Coach, I specialize in empowering Asian women to rewrite their success scripts and navigate career pivots toward greater meaning and fulfillment.
