Also a board member in Tata Chemicals North America, Tata Chemicals Europe, Tata Chemicals Magadi (Kenya), Tata Chemicals International Pte Ltd, (SIngapore) and IMACID (Morocco), Okhai Trust, Tata Chemicals Society for Rural Development Prior to Tata Chemicals, worked as Vice President Finance in Titan Company handling all the areas of Finance. Had a total team size of 250 in Finance. Was also a board member in Titan Global Holdings, Dubai, Titan Global Retail, Dubai and Titan Commodity Trading Ltd. Have around 30 years post qualification experience and worked in ABB Ltd, ITC Ltd ( for 12 years), Reliance Capital ( 2 yrs), Raymond Ltd (4 Yrs), Tata Power (6 Yrs), in Titan Company ( 3 yrs) and now in Tata Chemicals For around 3 years when in Tata Power ( between 2015 and 2018) was member of Board of Directors in 10 Indian Companies ( Tata Services Ltd, Panatone Ltd, Maithon Power Ltd, Industial Energy Ltd, Indo Ram Rath Renewables, Welspun Jharkhand renewables Ltd, Welspun Maharashtra renewables Ltd, Tata Power Green Energy Ltd, Chirastayee Sourya Ltd), 4 Companies overseas. ( Investment subsidiaries of Tata Power in Mauritius - Bhira Ltd, Bhivpuri Ltd, Khopoli Ltd, Listed entity in Indonesia - Sumber Ltd). Was also in the Audit Committee of many of the Companies mentioned above.
