As Corporate Vice President of Microsoft Advertising, I built and scaled a global advertising business to over $10b. I was responsible for defining the Microsoft search, native, display and retail media advertising product strategies and leading our global marketing and sales efforts to meet the needs of their advertising clients. Transformed the business organically, supported by M&A and strategic partnerships. Prior to my advertising career, I served as chief financial officer of the Online Services Division and Windows. I was the general manager of finance and admin for the Sales, Marketing and Services Group in EMEA, and finance director for the Benelux countries.
