Ryan Warburton

Senior executive with over 20 years’ experience providing commercial leadership to drive growth with extensive executive experience across strategic finance, sales and operations. Ryan has led the expansion of business energy offerings, energy solutions and renewables for the Commercial and Industrial Customer portfolio at AGL Energy with a focus on supporting customers to manage the energy transition. Currently a non-executive director of Powering Australian Renewable Fund which recently completed the acquisition of Tilt Renewables. Prior to joining AGL, Ryan held senior roles in the oil and gas sector, carbon markets, corporate insolvency and business reconstruction. A Chartered Accountant, Ryan holds a degree in Accounting and Business, a Masters in Applied Finance and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
