In my current role as Division President for Amdocs India, I shoulder the overall responsibility of India site overseeing all country-based operations ensuring growth, amazing employee experience building Amdocs India as mature site with relevant domain knowledge and niche skills to handle end-to-end projects for our global customers. My role includes partnering with business groups to develop their capabilities, maximizing synergies and collaboration across all Amdocs business groups, and promoting brand Amdocs in India. In my role as General Manager, Global Operations for Amdocs worldwide, my aim is to create a world class operational organization that supports Amdocs business needs in a dynamic and flexible way, improve KPIs on constant basis and achieve amazing employee experience. The role includes globally overseeing areas of Real Estate, Facility management, Travel, Immigration and relocations, Security, Environment Health and Safety, Transportation and Post Merger Integrations.
