Achieved provider satisfaction scores ranking in the 87th percentile among 299 organizations surveyed by KLAS Arch Collaborative. • Selected by BSWH President to serve as Executive Champion for customer journey, contributing to BSWH becoming the most customer-centric US healthcare provider. o Reduced 10% of clinic patient no-shows. o Scheduled patients 34 days earlier through earlier appointment digital offers. o Ranked in top quartile of all Epic systems with a response rate to earlier offers >38%. o Achieved a 10.8% increase in scheduling referrals. • Transformed patient experience through an industry-leading customer digital platform with >300K new users annually and 76% customer engagement. • Consolidated and scaled technology operations to improve efficiencies, streamline analytics, leverage AI capabilities, and reduce costs following the 2013 merger of S&W Health with BHCS.
