Constellation

Constellation's organizational structure is led by Joseph Dominguez, who serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Reporting directly to the CEO are several key executives, including Chris Mudrick, President and Chief Nuclear Officer; Bryan Hanson, Executive Vice President and Chief Generation Officer; Mike Koehler, Executive Vice President and Chief Administration Officer; and Jim McHugh, Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. The leadership team also includes David Ellsworth, Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, who oversees Operations; and Magin Reyes, Managing Director, Generation Development and Innovation. The organization is structured into several key functions. The Information Technology function is led by Chief Information Officer Jay Cavalcanto, with Jim Calabrese also serving as Chief Information Officer, and Shounok Sinha as Managing Director, Constellation Technology Ventures. Within IT, the Information Security function is headed by Dan Sadler, Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer, who oversees the Data Privacy & Security sub-function, which includes Celinez Nunez, Managing Director, Corporate Security, and Cinda V., Chief Privacy Officer. The Digital Transformation and Innovation function includes Christopher Buzby, Managing Director, Digital Solutions and Platforms, and the Enterprise Architecture function is led by Sarah Naqvi, Chief Technology Officer. The Finance function is directed by Dan Eggers, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Risk Management is overseen by Matt Stasch, Vice President and Chief Risk Officer, with Julie Austin, CFA, serving as Managing Director, Risk and Liability Management. The Compliance function includes Tamra Domeyer, Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Labor, Employment, Health and Safety. The Sales function is headed by Jim McHugh, who also serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer, and the Marketing function includes Judy Rader, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs and Chief Communications Officer, who leads the Marketing Communications sub-function.
