Reporting to the CEO, responsible for all commercial activities across regions including Ecommerce, Retail, Wholesale, Distributor, Product Merchandising and Marketing for all three brands

• Lead the security and IT compliance programs for the enterprise (5000 employees / $4.0 billion in annual revenue) • Report to the CTO • Data Protection Officer (DPO) – Lead global data compliance efforts, including the EU’s General Data Privacy Regulation (GDPR )and Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), as well as PCI, HIPAA, and SOX compliance efforts. • Direct, local experience leading security, disaster/recovery, and compliance efforts for wholesale manufacturing, distribution, retail, and eCommerce in China, Japan, North America, and throughout EMEA. • Lead Governance, Reporting, and Compliance efforts and administration • Responsibility for a global information security team with enterprise-wide cross-functional delegated leadership • Responsible for creation, maintenance, and enforcement of all Information Security policies• Developing framework built on NIST Cybersecurity Framework that provides output to COBIT/SOX ITGCs and PCI testing procedures. This framework provides the narrative on the security posture and maturity which is communicated to the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis. • Architected the information security efforts for securing E-commerce platform • Coordinate directly with application and E-commerce development teams to ensure security efforts are active throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including Dynamic and Static Code Analysis • Partner with Vendors, Integrators, and Professional Service organizations through project lifecycles to identify requirements, select solutions, negotiate terms, deployment, and eventual operational support of information security technologies and services • Lead Information Security Awareness program that is distributed to over 5000 employees in six languages • Lead Cyber Incident Response Program
