I have led several large-scale analytics transformation initiatives, partnering with senior business and technology leaders to define enterprise AI strategies and build predictive and prescriptive analytics roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. • Own the full IT mandate — strategy, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, OT/IT convergence, and AI adoption — for ITC’s Packaging & Printing Business (₹2,000 Cr revenue, 4 manufacturing plants). • Evolving PPB’s 63-bot RPA programme toward Agentic AI — evaluating Automation Anywhere AARI and Co-Pilot capabilities to enable autonomous, multi-step workflow orchestration beyond rule-based automation. • Designed and deployed 63 RPA bots (FY22–FY26) across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and IT Operations, generating 100+ man-days/month in productivity savings. • End-to-end IT delivery for ₹500 Cr Nadiad greenfield factory — network, SAP, OT security, O365 — in-house, on schedule, zero consultancy. • Built several custom apps: PRAVESH (access governance), PULSE (RDC mgmt), JARVIS-UPTYM (machine monitoring), Format A (complaints), ITC-TCPL integration. • Led M365 Copilot pilot: deployment, adoption & AI governance framework (acceptable use policy, data privacy, risk controls). • Contributed to ITC Group enterprise GenAI rollout; built divisional AI governance & responsible AI framework. • Pioneered Forward Proxy OT architecture for secure Bobst cloud diagnostics without exposing plant OT networks. • SD-WAN deployment — 20–30% improvement in SAP & O365 response times. • CrowdStrike (endpoint), Checkpoint HEC (email), Zscaler Zero Trust Access; OT firewalls & DMZ segmentation across all plants. • SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, PM/GM, Onboarding, Recruiting) — fully digitised PPB HR.
