Almost tripled revenue in 5 years by spearheading new initiatives and expanding our professional services portfolio to include Cloud, AI/ML, data analytics, advanced networking services, and ServiceNow practices. Led the development and launch of over 10 innovative tools, securing multiple intellectual property rights. Successfully led ServiceNow venture investment into Prodapt by establishing a clear technology differentiation strategy. Championed the development and deployment of GenAI/AI/ML solutions, creating the Telco AI Agent factory, built foundational OSS tools. Built and managed high-performing AI engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation. Developed numerous co-creation implementations for our TMT customers and business cases for new partnerships, resulting in a 30% YoY increase for professional services across ServiceNow, Salesforce, AWS, GCP, and Snowflake.
