One of the pivotal milestones during my tenure was the successful launch of Vconfex, a versatile platform catering to virtual, physical, and hybrid events. This groundbreaking product generated a remarkable revenue growth of approximately 8 to 10 crores within just two years, underscoring our commitment to innovation and market leadership. Furthermore, I championed the creation of a SaaS-based backend CMS portal, unifying B2B offerings including Events, Awards, Webinars, Masterclass, Grandmasters, and CRM. This endeavor involved overseeing architectural codebases, databases, and server management for an extensive portfolio of 21 verticals. Instrumental in this initiative was the implementation of various features such as news delivery, leaders' speeches, newsletters, exclusive content, and many others. Notably, Grandmasters emerged as ET's premier OTT and subscription-based platform, providing advanced learning opportunities from industry experts. Our in-house CRM platform streamlined B2B interactions, sales, and marketing, optimizing efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. Our Events product, a cutting-edge SaaS solution, empowered effortless event creation, spanning IP showcases, Awards ceremonies, Lead Generation initiatives, and more, all through a unified platform. Additionally, our Webinars solution, an in-house product, was designed for quick posting with an improved end-user interface, catering to both our internal team and valued clients.
