Omar Zaire

Omar Zaire is president of Eaton’s Corporate and Electrical Sector, responsible for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), and a member of Eaton’s senior leadership team. With nearly three decades of experience in the electrical industry, Omar brings deep global expertise and a proven ability to lead complex organizations through growth, transformation, and operational excellence. Since first joining Eaton in 2008, Omar has taken on leadership roles across multiple geographies, from managing the company’s operations in São Paulo, to serving as Vice President and General Manager of the Latin America region for the Electrical Sector Americas. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Power Reliability Division, where he shaped strategy and drove execution for Eaton’s Americas operations. Prior to Eaton, Omar held leadership roles at Rockwell Automation, Weidmann Electrical, and ABB, giving him a broad foundation across sales, operations, and general management. Omar’s leadership is defined by his global perspective, operational rigor, and commitment to building high-performing teams that deliver for customers and communities. He continues to champion Eaton’s mission to improve quality of life and the environment through power management technologies that are more reliable, safe, and sustainable.
