I have spent my career leading technology-driven transformations at global scale: building products and businesses, modernizing platforms, and creating organizations capable of navigating major shifts in technology and customer behavior. My experience spans both consumer and enterprise products.Today, I am a Vice President at Meta, leading a portfolio including Facebook Marketplace, Groups, Dating, Events, and Gaming. In parallel, I serve as Meta’s Head of Office for the Pacific Northwest, providing site leadership for approximately 10,000 employees across Bellevue, Seattle, and Redmond.Previously, I led Messenger and Instagram Messaging & Calling at Meta; product and engineering for Microsoft Teams as it scaled from approximately 6 million to 300 million monthly users; and Amazon Mobile as mobile grew from less than 5% to more than 25% of Amazon’s retail traffic.Across these roles, my focus has extended beyond technology to product strategy, business transformation, organizational design, customer outcomes, and leadership development. Today, I am particularly interested in how AI will reshape products, businesses, and the organizations that build them
