• Head OT cybersecurity assessments across Generation, Transmission, and Distribution — RFP preparation, vendor selection, policy formulation (IEC/ISA 62443, NIST, NCIIPC), gap analysis, Cyber Crisis Management Planning, and OT security training.
• Closely liaise with NCIIPC, Ministry of Power, and Sectoral CERT (Power) — ensuring compliance and providing timely updates on initiatives improving the enterprise security posture.
• Built the enterprise cyber-resilience programme — authored the CCMP and CII documentation per NCIIPC and Sectoral CERT-In guidelines, and validate readiness through tabletop exercises, DC–DR drills, and ransomware-recovery simulations against immutable backups.
