Arizona Public Service - APS

Responsible for leading the Operations team at APS focused on delivering safe, reliable, affordable and clean energy to 1.4M customers in Arizona. This includes Transmission & Distribution, Power Generation (non-nuclear), Supply Chain, Information Technology, New Generation Development, Resource Management, Facilities, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Transportation. Leading with a culture at APS focused on values and stewardship resulting in a highly motivated team with a mission to create customer value through operational excellence and innovative products and services to meet not only today’s needs, but also the future needs of APS customers. Personal industry involvement and leadership roles include: • AEIC (Association of Edison Illuminating Companies) Board of Directors. Power Delivery Committee (2013-2020) • AEIC Operations Center of Excellence Board of Directors, Chairman (2024-present) • Board of Trustees - The Nature Conservancy AZ Chapter (2018-present) Chairman of Board (2023-present) • Chair of the AEIC sub-committee on Distributed Energy Resources (2015-2017), focused on best practices and lessons learned across the utility industry as it relates to integration of DERs into the distribution system. • EPRI - Member or Research Advisory Council. • Phoenix East Valley Partnership Board of Directors. (2020-Present) • Arizona State University Industrial Advisory Board member. • Facilitated and lead a year long Leadership Academy at APS focus on high potential leaders • Served on the Board of Directors for United Way of Northern Arizona
