In addition to my role at Adani Electricity, I am spearheading the C&I vertical at Adani Energy Solutions, shaping its strategy and execution. Our goal is to provide tailored energy solutions that solve the evolving energy challenges of C&I customers across the country.

Driving the strategic adoption and enterprise-wide deployment of Agentic AI to unlock operational and commercial value across the Energy Solutions portfolio. Key Strategic Initiatives: • Netra Intelligence Platform & Agentic AI Portfolio: Architecting an integrated data visibility and operational intelligence platform consolidating 120+ data sources across various businesses, while developing 100+ key Agentic AI use cases spanning demand forecasting, recovery management, vigilance automation, and complaint management. Leveraging AI/ML for pattern identification, Generative AI for conversational insights, and Agentic AI for autonomous monitoring with a multi-wave deployment roadmap designed to scale across millions of assets. Expected to deliver 30-40% reduction in manual reporting effort, 20-30% faster issue detection, 15-20% reduction in field visits and rework costs, and standardized monitoring reducing process variation by 40-50%. • Enterprise AI Capability Stack: Building a comprehensive AI capability foundation including Domain-Specific SLMs, LLMs, CV based Transmission tower and line inspection, SiteSense for Capex projects progress monitoring, Sthambh for transmission tower foundation inspection), Predictive Maintenance using image/sound analytics, and Conversational AI for contact center operations. • Digital Twin & Process Automation: Deploying Chaaya - a Digital Twin platform for engineering & operations. Implementing RPA bots for manual activity automation across Projects and O&M processes. Digitizing Power Management workflows and deploying Zoho CRM for Commercial & Industrial segment. • Data & Cloud Infrastructure: Migrating O&M applications to industrial cloud platforms with Asset Performance Management capabilities. Implementing grid operation automation and analytics. Rolling out LT grid and Streetlight sensorization with BLE tags for inventory tracking progressing from pilot to full-scale deployment.
