• Lead Customer Zero strategy — serving as the first and most demanding internal adopter of Freshworks products and Freddy AI, ensuring IT-validated product quality, enterprise readiness, and real-world feedback directly shapes the product roadmap. • Architecting the AI-first IT organization vision: embedding AI agents and LLM-based capabilities across IT operations, automating enterprise workflows, and building the internal infrastructure necessary to run and scale GenAI workloads across hybrid environments. • Serve as GTM advocate and strategic design partner for Product and Engineering — translating CIO-level enterprise requirements into roadmap priorities and bridging the gap between internal IT operations and external customer expectations. • Participate in Customer Advisory Board meetings, convening senior enterprise CIOs to shape product direction, accelerate market credibility, and build community among key accounts. • Represent the enterprise IT buyer at executive and board-level meetings — serving as the internal voice of the customer and ensuring strategic decisions remain anchored to real enterprise procurement realities. • Champion long-term IT and product roadmap vision aligned to an AI-first positioning in a rapidly evolving SaaS and infrastructure landscape, including agentic AI, outcome-based pricing, and machine-facing GTM models. • Drive a consistently delightful employee experience through intelligent, scalable IT services — maintaining high employee NPS and ensuring IT operates as a strategic business enabler.
